Medics Against Violence workshops for schools

The programme is aimed at S2 but if there is another class you would like us to visit, please let us know.
If you've heard about Medics Against Violence and you work in a school that you'd like us to visit, please download the MAV form for teachers (PDF file, 305KB), print it out, and send the completed form to:

Basic Requirements
- We need 6 weeks' notice to arrange visits.
- We prefer to present to classes of no more than 30 pupils as our lesson plan involves some group work.
- Our lesson involves a DVD, so the classroom needs facilities that allow us to play and listen to the DVD.
- All of our members are volunteers and take time out from their busy jobs to present the MAV programme, so many prefer to present to two classes back to back in each school to get the most out of their time. If this is possible in your school, please let us know.
- We are happy to return to the school to see the results of the pupils' efforts and have a further discussion. If you would like us to do this, please let us know on the form.
