Christine Goodall, Consultant Oral Surgeon
Dr Christine Goodall is an academic oral surgeon who works as a senior lecturer at Glasgow University. She has worked in hospitals around Glasgow for the past 12 years and dealt with many victims of violence. Violence and alcohol are the main focus of her research and she is currently running a randomised controlled trial of brief interventions for alcohol and violence in facial trauma patients.

Mark Devlin, Consultant Cleft and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Mr Mark Devlin is a consultant cleft and maxillofacial surgeon whose main focus is treating children born with cleft lip and palate, he also regularly treats patients with facial trauma.

David Koppel, Consultant Craniofacial & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Mr David Koppel is a consultant craniofacial surgeon whose primary interest is facial deformity, he is the Lead Clinician of the Regional Maxillofacial Unit in the West of Scotland which deals with over 1000 facial trauma patients annually.

Karyn McCluskey, Co-Director, VRU
Karyn McCluskey is co-director of the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit . She was previously the Principal Intelligence Analyst with Strathclyde police. She trained as a Registered Nurse and later in Forensic Psychology. She has worked for a number of police forces in England within intelligence and joined Strathclyde in 2002. Until 2005 she was head of intelligence analysis with responsibility for over 80 intelligence analysts.

They come from a wide range of medical and dental specialties including Emergency Medicine, Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthopaedics, Anaesthetics, Psychiatry, Intensive Care, Neurosurgery, Palliative Care and Oncology.
